PACU RN Job in Oklahoma City, OK

You will provide post-anesthesia care unit nursing services at OU Health in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a travel position lasting 89 days, starting June 29, 2026.

Your Role

• Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures
• Assess patient vital signs and neurological status throughout the recovery period
• Manage pain and comfort measures for post-operative patients
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure smooth patient care transitions
• Ensure patient safety during the critical recovery process
• Document patient progress and recovery milestones in the medical record
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care instructions before discharge
