OT - Therapy Rehab
Job Details:
• Full-time occupational therapist position for skilled nursing facility
• 13-week contract assignment
• Day shift schedule Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 8-hour shifts with guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Rapid response crisis position requiring immediate availability
• Provide rehabilitation therapy services to skilled nursing facility residents
• Work with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
