PACU RN Job in Worcester, MA

You'll work as an RN in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts. This is a 10-hour shift position running from 12:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with a contract duration of 70 weeks beginning September 7, 2026.

Your Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care

Position Details

You may be placed in either the PACU or Pre-Op Nurse role, depending on facility needs. Shift formats of 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour are available. OR call rotation includes one first call (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and one second call (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) per month during the week, and one weekend day every other month.
