Opportunity:

RN - PICU

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 based on acuity level
• Required to work 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule with holiday rotation
• Must float to NICU, PICU, and Pediatric Stepdown units as needed
• Guaranteed hours with possible cancellation of one shift every 2 weeks
• 2 years of Pediatric Cardiac ICU experience required
• Cardiovascular and pediatric experience required
• VAD experience highly preferred
• South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license required
• Required certifications: PALS, BLS (American Heart Association only)
• Preferred certification: ACLS (American Heart Association only)
• EPIC charting system experience required
• VAD training required upon arrival to unit
• Care for patients with congenital heart disease, cardiac surgical and medical diagnoses
• Work with specialized equipment including ECMO, CRRT, Berlin Hearts, HeartMate3, Impella, and VAD devices
• 12-hour orientation provided
• All RTO must be provided at time of submission
• Hurricane season emergency response team assignment may be required (June-November)
