Telemetry RN Job in San Francisco, CA

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Telemetry unit at Sutter Health CPMC Van Ness Campus in San Francisco, CA. This is a 91-day assignment beginning May 18, 2026.

Schedule & Pay

• 3x12 night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
• Every other weekend rotation
• $2,531.09 weekly

Your Role

You will care for adults on a 32-bed unit that functions as med-surg/tele overflow. Your patient population includes individuals with liver, kidney, and pancreatic diseases, as well as transplant recipients. You will manage complex gastrointestinal disorders, interpret and manage dysrhythmias, manage peripheral lines, administer oxygen, and assist with feeding tube care. You will float to other units as needed based on census and collaborate with Rapid Response teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Pharmacy.

Required Qualifications

• Current California nursing license
• BLS certification (AHA certified)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Transplant experience with liver, kidney, and pancreas
• Competency in MS/Tele, dysrhythmia interpretation, Rapid Response/Code team participation, peripheral line care, oxygen administration, feeding tube management, and liver transplant care

• Epic experience

Onboarding & Requirements

• 36 hours of orientation provided
• Non-billable modules (averaging 1–5 hours)
• 7-year work history verification required
• Lab work required within 3–5 days of signing
