NICU RN Job in Green Bay, WI

Bellin Health Green Bay is seeking a registered nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in our 18-bed level III NICU. You will work three 12-hour shifts per week on the PM/NOC rotation, with every third weekend required. You are guaranteed 36 hours per week outside of orientation and holiday closures.

Your Role

• Provide direct patient care in a level III NICU with private rooms and family-integrated care model
• Manage patient ratios averaging 2:1, ranging from 1:1 to 3:1 depending on acuity
• Care for extremely low birth weight infants and support deliveries
• Float to Pediatrics as needed
• Use EPIC charting system
• No on-call or callback requirements

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin RN license or Compact license
• 2 or more years of level III NICU experience
• Experience with extremely low birth weight infants and deliveries
• EPIC charting experience within the last 12 months
• Active AHA BLS certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Associate or Bachelor degree
• At least one prior travel assignment preferred

• Must be located outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• 8-hour unpaid orientation required

Holiday rotation includes working either the 4th of July or Labor Day if needed, not both. Teams interview with the unit manager is required. Any scrubs or hospital-provided scrubs are acceptable.
