CT Technologist Job in Mesquite, Nevada

Mesa View Regional Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Mesquite, Nevada. This is a coverage position supporting the Radiology Department during employee leave.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 3x12 shifts, days
• Duration: 84 days
• Start Date: July 15, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,628

Your Responsibilities:

• Operate computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-section images of patients' internal organs and tissues for medical diagnosis
• Interpret physician scanning instructions accurately and position patients to capture appropriate diagnostic images
• Administer contrast materials as needed per protocol
• Prepare and maintain CT scan equipment, performing quality control procedures
• Apply independent judgment in using all radiation safety standards and adhering to proper Radiation Safety procedures
• Perform radiologic diagnostic procedures when acting as Radiologic Technologist
• Provide coverage for other areas within the Radiology Department as needed
• Maintain and improve diagnostic imaging knowledge and skills
• Perform all procedures accurately and efficiently

Required Qualifications:

• Allied Health Professional degree
• A.R.R.T. registered credential
• RT/CT Registry certification
• Current Nevada X-ray License
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
