Job Details:

• Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 36 hours per week working three 12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday coverage based on unit need
• Block scheduling allowed with overtime available
• Patient ratio of 1:8-10
• Unit size ranges from 17 to 41 beds
• Primary role as sitter with CNA duties utilized approximately 50/50
• Float to any floor as needed within assigned hospital; may float to other hospitals in region if not needed at primary location
• Job duties include sitter utilization, vital signs, feeding, ambulation, turning and positioning, and hourly rounding
• No catheter or IV insertion or removal required
• Charge nurse without assignment and house supervisor available 24/7 on each shift
• One week of orientation including EPIC system training and modules
• Charting system: EPIC
• Any scrub color permitted but must look professional
• Minimum 1 year of hospital experience required
• Must be willing to float and demonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license required
• Required certifications: BLS
• Washington state CNA license required
