Telemetry RN Job in Greensboro, NC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position at Cone Health - The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, NC. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning May 11, 2026.

Assignment Details:

• 3x12 hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend schedule with holidays as needed
• Patient ratio of 6:1 across all shifts
• Float required when census is down across all Cone Health facilities
• 48 hours of orientation provided

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (first time travelers accepted)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Must pass mandatory EKG exam during onboarding (2 attempts allowed)
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Previous charge RN experience preferred

Clinical Responsibilities:

You will provide care for observation patients, those with respiratory conditions, general medical-surgical diagnoses, palliative and end-of-life patients, psychiatric observation cases, diabetic patients, and surgical patients. Your skills will include telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, IV management, wound care, blood product administration, and various medical-surgical procedures.

Employment Terms:

• Weekly pay: $2,021.76
• Local radius restriction of 50 miles; no local candidates accepted
• Zero tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
• Compliance requirements must be completed by 12 noon EST the Wednesday prior to start date
