First Assist Technician

Opportunity:

CSFA - First Assist

Job Details:

• Day shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• On-call availability required: 3:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Monday-Friday)
• Work every 5-6 weekends
• One call night per week required
• Must have robotic and spine experience
• 2 years of experience in hospital setting required
• Must hold active NH state license at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Recent OR experience required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Scrub procedures preferred
• Grey scrubs supplied and laundered by hospital, changed daily
• Work with 4 OR rooms, 5 RNs, and 6 surgical technologists
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Float to endoscopy when needed
• Assist with robotic procedures (prostate, hysterectomy)
• Support all orthopedic procedures including shoulders, knees, hips, and trauma
• Assist with GYN procedures (laparoscopic, robotic, and open)
• Support general surgery procedures
• Assist with ENT and podiatry procedures
• Support spine procedures including fusions, laminectomies, and ACDF
• Must be flexible with good attitude
