CVOR Technologist Job in Wichita, Kansas

Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CVOR Technologist) for a 91-day seasonal travel assignment beginning September 22, 2026.

Role Overview

You will perform and assist with a wide range of surgical procedures in a cardiothoracic and vascular operating room environment. Your responsibilities include supporting orthopedic, neurology, vascular, cardiothoracic, general surgery, urology, GYN, plastics, dental, ophthalmology, pediatric, spine, neuro, trauma, TAVR, MAKO, and DaVinci procedures. You will maintain a 1:1 patient ratio and work with EMR systems including Meditech and CPN.

Schedule

You will work three 12-hour day shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The schedule includes one late night shift per week, one 8-hour Saturday shift every 4th week, and one 8-hour on-call shift per month on Saturday or Sunday with a 30-minute response time requirement.

Compensation

Weekly pay is $1,591.

Requirements

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• Minimum 6 months of current CST hospital experience
• BLS certification
• NBSTA certification
• Strong patient care experience and communication skills with staff and providers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DaVinci Robotics SI, XI and Mako systems
• Orthopedic, neurology, and vascular surgical experience
