PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - Stepdown

Job Details:

• Night shift position with 36 weekly guaranteed hours
• Patient ratio of 5:1
• Call requirements as needed by unit
• Float to Med Surg as required
• Must have experience with Post Cardiovascular Surgeries
• Must be proficient in titrating cardiac drips including Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, and Esmolol
• Must be comfortable working with Bipaps and utilizing Airvos
• Must demonstrate ability to recognize a deteriorating patient
• Must be comfortable with rapid turnaround and changing priorities
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: Current Arkansas Licensure, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• EMR system: EPIC
• Required scrub color: Black
