Physical Therapist Job in Independence, MO

You will work as a Physical Therapist at Centerpoint Medical Center MO in Independence, Missouri. This is a 12-week travel assignment beginning April 27, 2026.

Schedule and Hours

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
• One weekend shift required every 6 weeks with the ability to flex off weekdays when working weekends
• No on-call requirements

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and treatments
• Work with a patient ratio of 12:1
• Float between acute care and inpatient rehabilitation units as needed
• Use safe patient handling equipment and standard rehabilitation equipment
• Document in the Meditech system
• Collaborate with available rehab tech support

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license required
• Acute care and rehabilitation experience required
• Required uniform: eggplant colored scrubs

Compensation

You will receive $2,044 per week.
