Opportunity:

RN - PCU

Job Details:

• 20-bed progressive care unit with mixed level of care including medical surgical and step-down patients
• Handle short stay patients with less than 24-hour length of stay and quick turnover
• Patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:6 depending on level of care
• Work with telemetry equipment where all indicated patients are hardwired to bedside monitors
• Use Cerner EMR system
• Every other weekend required with no call responsibilities
• Required to float to other units if needed
• Must have telemetry competency and progressive care experience
• Recent progressive care experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Dress code: Navy and/or white top, navy bottom, or all white scrubs
• Must demonstrate positive attitude, patient experience focus, kindness, compassion, and strong teamwork skills
