X-Ray Technician Job in Rockford, IL

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an X-Ray Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment at Swedish American in Rockford, IL. You'll join a dynamic radiology department performing diagnostic imaging procedures and operating radiological equipment in both clinical and operating room settings.

Assignment Details:

• Rotating shift schedule: five 8-hour and 12-hour shifts per week
• Day shift options include 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• 12-hour shift options: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 8:00 AM–8:30 PM
• Every third weekend: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Start date: May 16, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,172.48

Your Role:

You will perform diagnostic imaging procedures, operate radiological equipment, and collaborate with surgical teams in OR settings. Experience and comfort working with C-arms (OEC 9900s) in the operating room is essential for this position.

Requirements:

• Allied Health Professional degree or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience in radiology
• Current BLS certification
• Demonstrated experience with C-arm equipment in surgical environments
