Job Details:

• 36 guaranteed hours per week with every other weekend requirement
• Patient ratios: 1:4-5 during days, 1:4-6 during nights
• Float required to the med-surg unit to meet facility needs
• On-call duties required
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• BCLS certification required
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Orthopedic or plastics post-surgical skills required (either one acceptable)
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Navy scrubs required (top, jacket & bottom)
• Care for adult patients with short stay orthopedic, urology, and plastics surgery conditions
• Majority of orthopedic population consists of joint replacement surgery patients
• Experience with surgical drains and total joint replacement required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Maximum 7 days RTO per 13-week contract
• Must reside outside 75-mile radius from facility
