X-Ray Technician Job in Madison, WI

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an X-Ray Technician for a 91-day travel assignment at UnityPoint–Meriter Hospital in Madison, WI. You will work the night shift and become part of an interdisciplinary clinical team delivering direct patient care and imaging support.

Assignment Details:

• Schedule: 3x12 night shifts
• Duration: 91 days, starting July 12, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,306.88
• Facility: UnityPoint–Meriter Hospital

Your Role:

You will perform radiographic procedures, manage an average of 15 patients per day, and utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system. You may float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed. On-call availability and weekend coverage are required to support staffing continuity, including coverage for weekender time-off requests. You must be prepared to work 1–2 of the 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).

Required Qualifications:

• Allied Health Professional degree or equivalent
• ARRT certification
• Wisconsin state license (Iowa compact license accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience (2 years preferred)
• Proficiency with DR, OEC C-Arm, 3D C-Arm, and GE Elite C-Arm equipment
• EPIC experience required
• At least 1 prior travel contract preferred
• Skills checklist completion within 1 year of submission
• One supervisory reference required at submission

Additional Information:

You must maintain a taxable address outside 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are accepted with a 10% rate reduction. This is a hands-on clinical role ideal for technicians seeking night-shift experience in a hospital setting.
