Opportunity:
RN - Med Surg
Job Details:
• Strong orthopedic background required
• Work on a 26-bed Ortho/Spine unit specializing in knee and hip replacements and multi-level spine surgeries
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• Unit support staff includes unit secretary, PCTs, and Navigator
• 4 weekend shifts required per schedule
• Floating policy requires rotation
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Equipment used includes coolers, walkers, SCDs, and CPMs
• Must demonstrate compassion and teamwork
• Patient experience requirements of 72%
• Required dress code: Navy scrubs
