ICU Registered Nurse Job in Atlanta, GA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a float pool position at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA. This is a 54-week travel assignment beginning May 18, 2026.

Position Overview

You will work as part of a float pool covering all critical care floors, the emergency room, ER hold areas, and MTC/Step-Down/PACU for holds as needed. When assigned to the ER, patient assignments will be limited to support safe staffing practices. Your schedule consists of three 12-hour night shifts per week, with weekly compensation of $1,838.02.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across multiple critical care units based on hospital needs
• Work with the EPIC electronic medical record system
• Respond to staffing needs across ICU, emergency services, and step-down areas
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical care

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar-sized facility
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to float to various critical care units based on hospital needs
• Minimal requested time off policy
• Valid photo identification and completed demographic information
