Med Surg RN Job in Beachwood, OH

Join Ahuja Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in our Med Surg Float Pool. You will provide direct patient care across medical and surgical telemetry units and step-down units, working a flexible rotating schedule that fits your needs.

Schedule & Hours

• 3 shifts per week, night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Alternating weekly schedule: one week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday nights; the following week Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights
• No Sunday shifts required
• Set schedule with predictable rotation

Your Role

• Float between medical and surgical telemetry units and step-down unit as needed
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for medical and surgical patients
• Monitor telemetry equipment and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Document patient assessments and interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Current RN licensure
• Comfort working across multiple units within the medical and surgical specialty
• Strong telemetry monitoring skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient assignments
