<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - OR Inpatient</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 3x12 hour day shifts per week<br>• Primarily Monday through Friday schedule with possible weekend call shifts<br>• 30-minute call back requirement with on-call responsibilities per unit rotation<br>• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation<br>• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population specific characteristics<br>• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care<br>• Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education<br>• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and patient teaching<br>• Must maintain current Georgia RN license (single state) or RN-COMPACT multi-state license<br>• BLS certification required upon hire<br>• Associates degree in nursing required, Bachelor&#39;s degree preferred<br>• Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited nursing school<br>• Direct patient care experience preferred<br>• Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and customer service skills required<br>• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies<br>• Excellent time management skills and basic computer proficiency needed</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates as part of a comprehensive health system utilizing a shared governance model and professional practice framework focused on evidence-based care.
