Job Details:

• Work varied schedule in Post-Anesthesia Care Unit
• Required to wear teal scrubs
• Scrubbing experience required
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for post-operative patients
• Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team
• Provide direct patient care, delegation, and supervision of healthcare team activities
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members
• Current RN license required in state of practice
• BLS certification required
• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required
• Must maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification preferred
