ICU RN Job in Tuba City, AZ

Tuba City Regional is seeking an RN for the Intensive Care Unit. You will provide nursing care to critically ill patients of all ages in a 5-bed ICU setting, supporting patients and their families through their most vulnerable moments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Periodically float to ED, Med/Surg, or Pediatrics based on census needs
• Handle after-hours recovery of post-operative general surgery, pediatric, and OB patients as needed
• Follow physicians' orders and hospital policies while performing a variety of responsible nursing procedures
• Work independently while applying professional nursing knowledge and judgment

Required Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum 3 years of prior ICU experience
• Current valid unrestricted Professional Nursing License (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months of hire
• Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) certification within 6 months of hire
• National Institutes of Health (NIH) NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire
