<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Cath Lab Technologist - Cath Lab Tech</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 9-hour variable day shifts from 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM, 4 days per week<br>• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly<br>• Float within Cath Lab only<br>• On-call requirements: 1-2 nights per week from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM and every 5th-6th weekend Friday 5:00 PM to Monday 7:00 AM<br>• 30-minute response time for on-call situations<br>• Holiday rotation as needed due to call requirements (1 holiday)<br>• Required certifications: RCIS (required) or CVT, AHA BLS, and AHA ACLS<br>• Minimum 2+ years of experience required with strong skills in structural cases<br>• Must be comfortable being the main person on cases<br>• Associates Degree or Certificate required, Bachelor&#39;s Degree preferred<br>• Epic charting experience required<br>• Strong scrubbing skills with physicians required<br>• Experience with structural cases such as TAVRs, Mitraclips, and Watchman procedures<br>• Experience with high-risk PCIs and impella procedures<br>• Work in 4-person teams with RNs and techs alongside 3 interventional cardiologists<br>• Fast-paced environment handling caths, PCIs, and structural heart procedures<br>• Surgical blues scrubs provided by facility<br>• 8-hour unbillable orientation required</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This medical center operates a high-volume interventional cardiology program specializing in complex cardiac procedures including structural heart interventions. The facility features a state-of-the-art cath lab with advanced equipment for performing TAVRs, Mitraclips, Watchman procedures, and high-risk PCIs.
