Telemetry RN Job in Tucson, AZ

Northwest Medical Center is seeking a registered nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Telemetry. You'll work three 12-hour night shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with a 48-hour guarantee consideration. This is a float pool position, so you'll need flexibility to work across multiple departments and four affiliated facilities: Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita.

Role Details

• Patient ratio of 6:1
• Twelve-hour night shifts, three per week
• Six weekend shifts per six-week schedule
• Assignment begins June 15, 2026

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with Arizona Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Apply critical thinking and scientific judgment in clinical decision-making
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education

Requirements

• Current Arizona RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum two years of nursing experience
• Cerner EMR experience required
