Opportunity:
PT - Physical Therapist
Job Details:
• Monday through Friday day shifts
• Provide home health physical therapy services
• Treat 5-6 patients per day
• Documentation using HCHB system
• Business casual dress code required
• Must have home health experience
• Reliable vehicle required for patient visits
• Work with approximately 100 patients in this branch
• Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes
