Occupational Therapist Job in Anaconda, MT

Community Hospital of Anaconda is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its rehabilitation team. This position offers you the opportunity to deliver patient-centered care in outpatient and home health settings, with occasional inpatient coverage.

Your Role

• Enhance, participate in, and support patient care with a focus on quality and safety
• Treat patients in accordance with Occupational Therapy Practice Guidelines as issued by the American Occupational Therapy Association, with physician referral
• Work in an interdisciplinary manner with other departments to provide quality care
• Demonstrate proficiency and proper utilization of the electronic medical record, including proper documentation

Position Details

This role is primarily outpatient and home health based, with scheduling that is primarily Monday through Friday on a rotating shift basis. You will have the flexibility to work across multiple care settings while maintaining consistent weekly hours.
