Opportunity:

PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant Rehab Outpatient

Job Details:

• Open to either Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant positions
• 1+ years of experience required (open to new graduates at reduced rate)
• See 10-12 adult patients per day
• Business casual dress code required - must wear polo shirt and khaki pants
• Work with Next Gen Case Management system
• Conduct fall risk assessments
• Treat orthopedic conditions including: Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, post-operative back pain, calf strains, disc herniation, fractures/stress fractures, generalized low back pain, meniscus tears, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, plantar fasciitis, postural dysfunction, rotator cuff interventions, rotator cuff repair post-operative care, SI joint dysfunction, stenosis, and total joint replacement
• Treat neurological conditions including: degenerative diseases and Parkinson's disease
• Position classified as rapid response crisis priority
• All compliance, billing, and assignment management handled through ShiftWise Flex system
