Opportunity:

RN - Endoscopy

Job Details:

• Work day shifts 5x8, hours may vary during the time frame
• Primary hours 0730-1600, with 2-3 late days per week based on recovery/procedure census
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend hours as required by facility, 6 week schedule periods (up to one weekend per 6 week schedule)
• Call requirements: 4-7 call days per 6 week schedule, 2 of which are over 1 weekend
• 13-week assignment length
• Must have 1 year of endoscopy experience
• Procedure room experience, charting, turning and conscious sedation required
• Must be available to start within 4 weeks of submission
• EPIC experience within past year required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA only
• CGRN certification recommended within 2 years after hire date
• Current RN License (eligible for Missouri licensure or currently licensed in Missouri)
• Patient ratios: 1:1 to 1:2
• Handle 18-21 procedures per room per physician per shift
• Work in up to 9 procedure rooms with 36 pre/post bays/beds
• Equipment: Olympus Scopes, ERBE, EMR: EPIC, Provation
• Fast-paced, teamwork driven environment
• Dress code: Black or provided surgical scrubs
• Flu vaccination/approved exemption required November 1-April 1
• Provide direct patient care for all age groups including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
