PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

• Treat adult, adolescent, and geriatric patient populations
• Handle high-volume caseload of 55+ visits per day
• Provide case management and screening/building caseload services
• Conduct gross motor assessments and evaluations
• Treat diverse orthopedic conditions including ACL tears, back pain post-operative care, fractures, rotator cuff repairs, total joint replacements, and general orthopedic cases
• Manage neurological conditions including Parkinson's Disease and multiple sclerosis
• Work with various diagnoses including Achilles tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, disc herniation, osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, TMJ dysfunction, and more
• Utilize NextGen electronic health record system
• Business casual dress code required
• Minimum 1+ years of physical therapy experience required
• Position classified as rapid response crisis coverage
