Requirements:

• Current RN license (Wisconsin or compact state)

Key Responsibilities:

You will provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical unit, working as part of a collaborative nursing team. Your role includes patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and patient education. Floating may be required between sister facilities within the designated region, offering you exposure to different care environments and expanding your skillset.
