Job Details:

• Restore and maximize patient function following disabilities or injuries
• Facilitate activities of daily living to prevent further functional restrictions
• Help clients reach maximum performance level within their capabilities
• Evaluate and treat patients using medically prescribed occupational therapy programs
• Work in home health and hospice setting providing therapy services
• Cover territory including San Jose, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Stanford, Menlo Park, East Palo Alto, Atherton, Redwood City and neighboring cities as needed
• Perform duties consistent with occupational therapy skills and training
• Support organizational goals and mission through therapy services
