LHMC - TRAVEL: PHYSICAL THERAPIST OUTPATIENT - DAYS

<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Outpatient</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week<br>• Treat approximately 10 patients per day with reasonable productivity expectations<br>• Conduct 45-minute evaluations and treatment sessions<br>• 30 minutes of scheduled documentation time built into each day<br>• Complete documentation and billing on the day services are delivered<br>• Complete discharge documentation within 24 hours of discharge or notification<br>• Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy services following best practice standards<br>• Collaborate with outpatient rehabilitation team for seamless patient care<br>• Summer coverage position with predictable weekday schedule<br>• Vacation requests during July 4th week cannot be approved<br>• Licensed Physical Therapist required<br>• Temporary assignment supporting primary outpatient team during summer months</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility operates an outpatient rehabilitation department at their Miles Campus, providing comprehensive physical therapy services to the community.
