You will provide direct nursing care for patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures. Working in a specialized operating room setting, you will collaborate with surgeons, perfusionists, and other surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes during complex cardiac cases.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare operating room and equipment for cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Provide perioperative nursing care and patient advocacy
• Monitor and document patient status throughout surgical procedures
• Assist with positioning, draping, and instrument management
• Respond to varied shift times based on facility surgical scheduling needs
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and safety protocols
