MRI Technologist Job in Wichita, Kansas

You'll work as an MRI Technologist at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas, on a travel assignment. This is a 91-day contract beginning June 30, 2026.

Shift and Schedule

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend schedule required
• You'll work independently as the sole MRI staff member per shift

Your Responsibilities

• Operate three MRI units, including two new GE Artist machines
• Manage an average of 32 MRI exams per day
• Administer contrast agents
• Operate scanners to produce high-quality, high-contrast diagnostic images
• Work with GE equipment and Meditech/CPN electronic medical record systems

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of current MRI Tech experience
• BLS certification required
• ARRT (MR) certification required
• GE equipment experience preferred
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred
• Critical Care experience preferred

Compensation and Details

You'll receive weekly pay of $2,233.80. Your role as an Allied Health Professional offers hands-on patient care in a busy trauma center environment. Patient care experience is a priority, and you'll contribute meaningfully to a high-volume diagnostic imaging department.
