Occupational Therapist Job in Purcell, OK

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a temporary position at Tide Health Group - Purcell Care Center in Purcell, Oklahoma. This is a day shift role running 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, with a 91-day duration beginning June 15, 2026. You will earn $2,390.40 per week.

In this role, you will:

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop appropriate treatment plans following regulatory and clinical practice standards
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to guide clinical interventions
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Assess patient progress and modify treatments as needed in clinical records
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust services based on patient evaluation
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and service providers
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and health team members regarding patient progress and care plans
• Provide comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory requirements
• Document all required information in the electronic documentation system
• Accurately record treatment minutes for all services provided
• Participate in patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, and rehabilitation meetings
• Complete facility and company required trainings, in-services, and conferences
• Obtain necessary DME or supplies per regulatory requirements
• Supervise and support occupational therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students
• Maintain adherence to NBCOT and Oklahoma State practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics

Requirements:

• Active Oklahoma OT license required
• 1+ years of OT experience required
• LTC or Rehab experience required
• New graduates considered with Level II experience
• No on-call or weekend requirements
