OR RN Job in Harlingen, TX

You will provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room at Valley Baptist MC in Harlingen. This is a 10–13 week travel assignment beginning June 22, 2026, working days on a 5×8 schedule (8:00 AM–4:00 PM, five days per week).

What you'll do:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients each shift
• Coordinate patient care at the unit level
• Supervise delegated staff and ensure appropriate care delivery
• Work with the facility CNO to maintain high quality, safe nursing care standards
• Support clinical staff competency and professional development
• Manage resources related to patient care effectively

What we're looking for:

• Current RN license
• Operating room nursing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment

Compensation:

• Weekly pay: $2,246.40
