Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital RRT experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, CRT or NBRC
• Prior Meditech EMR experience preferred
• PICU and NICU experience preferred
• Administer respiratory treatments and manage ventilator setup including PB 840 ventilators in ICU
• Assist with intubations and perform arterial blood gas (ABG) procedures
• Provide patient and staff education on respiratory therapies
• Deliver all RT therapies across multiple units including ED, PEDS, ICU, NICU, and Med/Surg
• Play a key role in NICU and ICU in terms of therapy and ventilator liberation
• Work within a team of 15 RT staff with a minimum staffing of 3 per shift
• Patient ratios average 30-40 points per shift
• Autonomy required in this role
