Occupational Therapist Job in Winner, SD

Join Winner Regional Hospital as an Occupational Therapist providing direct patient care across inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings. You will work 40 hours per week on a 4x10 flex schedule, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. Flexible scheduling is available to meet your needs.

Your caseload will be diverse and balanced:

• 40% outpatient services
• 40% inpatient services
• 20% skilled nursing and home health

You will work with pediatric and adult patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. Your role is to help patients regain independence and quality of life so they can safely return to daily activities. You will use your knowledge and critical thinking skills to develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.

Requirements:

• Active license as an OT in the state of South Dakota
• Active BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• New graduates are welcome to apply

This is an 89-day travel position beginning May 4, 2026. You will be expected to wear scrubs or business casual attire.
