Opportunity:

RN - Case Management

Job Details:

• Day shift position, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• No weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities
• No clinical involvement required for this position
• Manage a caseload of 8 to 10 patients per day
• Cover inpatient, observation, and swing bed areas
• Perform utilization review and discharge planning, including UR for Notices of Admission (NOAs)
• Common patient populations include COPD, CHF, and debility for swing bed patients
• Insurance portal experience required along with a minimum of 2 years of case management experience
• Charting system: MEDITECH
• No InterQual or Milliman criteria experience required
• 2 to 3 shifts of unit/department specific orientation provided
• Market Care Manager available as a mentor throughout the assignment
• Scrub color or business casual dress code accepted
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• CCM (Certified Case Manager) preferred but not required
• BSN not required
