Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

• 5x8 shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• No regularly scheduled weekends; weekend coverage may be required as part of the on-call rotation
• On-call and holiday rotation required as needed based on department needs
• No floating required
• Perform primarily general ultrasound studies including abdominal and renal/pelvic studies
• Perform vascular studies including arterial, venous, carotid, and Doppler studies
• Perform limited OB exams including 1st trimester and obstetric studies
• Support ED, ICU, inpatient, and outpatient populations
• Treat patients of all age groups including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• 1 year of ultrasound experience preferred; 2 years of experience required
• Strong general ultrasound experience required
• Vascular experience including arterial, venous, carotid, and Doppler studies required
• Limited OB experience expected
• Philips and PACS experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Required certifications: ARRT or ARDMS and BLS
• Scrub color: Any color
