Job Details:

• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Provide comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care at the unit level
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care delivery
• Maintain competency of clinical staff through oversight and guidance
• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care
• Support facility Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining nursing standards
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
