ICU RN Job in Asheville, NC

You will join Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC as a Registered Nurse in the ICU Float Pool. This is a backfill position supporting critical care operations across multiple ICU units as needed.

About the Role

• Provide direct nursing care in various ICU settings within the facility
• Work as part of a float pool team, covering ICU units to maintain adequate staffing levels
• Adapt to different ICU environments and diverse patient populations
• Participate in one of four available float pool positions

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Experience in intensive care nursing
• Flexibility to transition between different ICU units
• Ability to work in fast-paced critical care settings

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Three 12-hour day shifts per week (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: May 28, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,049.84
