CVOR RN Job in Salt Lake City, UT

You will work as a Cardiovascular Surgery Operating Room (CVOR) RN at St. Marks Hospital Utah for a 13-week travel assignment. This position offers day shift hours from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, five days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting surgical teams during cardiovascular procedures in the operating room
• Preparing and maintaining sterile fields and equipment
• Monitoring patient status and vital signs throughout surgery
• Coordinating with anesthesia, surgeons, and surgical technicians
• Managing surgical supplies, instruments, and implants
• Following established protocols for patient safety and infection control

You will join an experienced cardiovascular surgery team at this established Utah facility. The 13-week contract runs for 91 days, allowing you to develop strong working relationships while maintaining the flexibility travel nursing offers.

Compensation and Schedule: You will earn $2,750 per week. Your schedule consists of five 8-hour shifts, providing predictable day-shift hours that accommodate most lifestyles.

Requirements: You must hold a current RN license valid in Utah. Experience in the operating room, particularly in cardiovascular or general surgery, is beneficial. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced surgical environment are essential.
