Registered Nurse - ICU @ Sutter Health Tracy Community Hospital

Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Maintain 2:1 patient ratios during days, nights, and weekends
• Work with adult and geriatric patients in an 8-bed medical ICU with daily census of 6
• Weekend coverage required with varying number of weekend shifts per contract
• 12-hour orientation provided
• One pre-approved time off request and one holiday approval available
• Required certifications: CA RN License, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS (must obtain prior to start)
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience required, 3+ years preferred
• Previous travel experience required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Comprehensive ICU skills required including ventilator management, arterial line management, central line care, blood product administration, cardiac and vasoactive drip titration
• Work with specialized equipment including Arctic Sun, BIS monitor, and NICOM
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 50-mile travel requirement from facility
• Modules completed during orientation (1-5 hours average, completed through e-learning)
• 7-year work history verification required
