Cath Lab Technologist Job in Modesto, CA

You'll work as a Cath Lab Technologist at Sutter Health Memorial Medical Center in Modesto, California. This is a 91-day travel assignment with a start date of June 23, 2026.

Role and Responsibilities

• Scrub, circulate, and monitor catheterization lab procedures
• Perform coronary angiograms with PCI, pacemaker procedures, and peripheral aortograms
• Monitor hemodynamics, operate fluoroscopy equipment, and maintain sterile fields
• Set up equipment and assist with angioplasty and cardiac stent placement
• Work primarily with adult patient populations

Schedule and Availability

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (days)
• 8 to 12 call shifts per month required
• One weekend of call required per month
• 40 hours of orientation
• Must be available to begin lab work within 3 to 5 days of signing
• Only one holiday approved for time off during the assignment

Requirements

• Allied Health Professional credential
• Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience
• Travel healthcare experience required
• AART and CA license, or RCIS certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Preferred: Radiology Technologist with California ARRT license
• Epic experience preferred

Compensation and Location

• Weekly pay: $3,133.73
• Modesto, California
• 50-mile travel requirement applies

You'll demonstrate skills in accurate monitoring, equipment setup, fluoroscopy operation, hemodynamic monitoring, and maintaining a sterile field throughout diagnostic and interventional procedures.
