ICU RN Job in Austell, GA

Cobb Hospital is seeking an RN for our Intensive Care Unit on the night shift. You will work three 12-hour shifts, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, providing direct inpatient care in a fast-paced critical care environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care aligned with population-specific needs
• Perform the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Coordinate safe, quality patient care with timely documentation
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and bedside shift reporting
• Apply current clinical practice standards and evidence-based practice
• Respond to emergencies with composure and decisive action in a dynamic setting
• Foster a respectful, inclusive clinical environment

Required Qualifications

• Current Georgia RN license or Multi-state Compact license
• Associate's degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
• BLS certification required upon hire
• ACLS certification required within 180 days of start
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
• Excellent time management and critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and basic computer skills

This 91-day assignment begins June 1, 2026. Weekly pay is $1,864.80.
