Lincoln Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 90-day travel assignment in Hugo, CO, starting June 15, 2026. This multi-modality position offers exposure across home health, outpatient, and acute care settings within a 60-mile service radius.

Position Details:

• Monday through Friday day shifts, primarily 5x8 hours (8-hour shifts preferred; 4x10 schedule may be considered)
• Work across multiple area facilities and provide home health visits
• Weekly pay: $2,444.04
