CT Technologist Job in Atlantis, FL

You will work as a CT Technologist at HCA Florida JFK Hospital in Atlantis, Florida. This is a 91-day travel assignment on a 3x12 days schedule, working Wednesday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM, with a weekly pay of $2,233.80.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform CT scans, body scans, and X-rays to create detailed diagnostic images
• Generate detailed pictures of bones, organs, and tissues for accurate clinical assessment
• Operate GE equipment including MRI units, scanners, cameras, X-ray, and fluoroscopy systems
• Document imaging procedures using the Meditech EMR system
• Respond to call requirements of 4–6 shifts per month on off days as needed

Your team environment:

You will collaborate with the day shift team, including the imaging director, radiologist, and 6–7 additional technologists. The night shift consists of a charge RN, on-call team members, and 3–4 technologists depending on patient volume. Patient ratios vary from 1:1 to 1:2 depending on patient stability.

Required qualifications:

• ARRT (CT) certification
• BLS certification
• Florida State Department of Health License

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with GE equipment
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR system
• Strong communication skills and solid medical and anatomical knowledge
• Mechanical aptitude and multitasking ability

Additional requirements:

• You must provide your own black scrubs
• You will work with a variety of physicians, radiologists, and patients in a collaborative clinical environment
