Telemetry RN Job in Greensboro, NC

Cone Health - The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position in Greensboro, NC. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 13, 2026, offering competitive compensation at $2,073.60 per week.

Position Details

• Work three 12-hour day shifts (8:00 AM to 8:30 PM)
• Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays
• Patient ratio of 4 patients per nurse
• Self-scheduling unit
• Pre/post unit serving Cath lab, EP lab, PV lab, and interventional radiology patients

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of experience; first-time travelers welcome
• Charge RN experience required
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Epic charting system experience
• Telemetry experience with dysrhythmia interpretation
• Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance (2 attempts allowed; no study materials provided)

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide care to adult patients in a 25-32 daily census across 19 rooms
• Manage and monitor Same Day PCI patient populations
• Care for arterial and venous access patients, including radial and ulnar access
• Monitor hemostasis of arterial and venous access sites
• Operate specialized equipment including TR band, Femostop, and telemetry interpretation devices
